This was our first tie-dye experience, and it definitely won’t be our last! I’m so glad we visited All About Tie Dye because the staff were so welcoming and genuinely excited to help my kids create something they loved. They walked us through every step and were so patient, which made the whole process feel easy and fun. You can bring your own white, cotton items or purchase some in-store. After a quick 20-minute soak, you get to pick your colors and design, then “tip and drip” the dye to make your own unique pattern.
Once you’re done, they bag everything up for you to take home, where it sets for about 24 hours before washing and wearing (although longer doesn’t hurt!). It was such a fun, hands-on art activity that my kids are still talking about.
